1. How do I use your Parts Search tool?

We have made searching our inventory fast and easy from anywhere on our site. Simply enter your part number and click “Search”. You will get a set of results, locate the part you are looking for. Then you can submit a Request For Quote and a Crown Will sales associate will contact you shortly with price and delivery details.

Due to the number of lines in our inventory database, and the extended nature of our search, we require at least four (4) alpha-numeric characters to be entered.

And the more specific you enter in the search box, the more accurately matched the results will be. For instance, if you only enter the first four characters of your part number, your results will probably include many variations of the part you are looking for. If you extend your search criteria to the first six(6) characters, or even the entire part number, your results will be much more exact.

If you have tried searching our inventory and your part just does not seem to be there, you may still send a RFQ. Our marketing team will work hard to source your request parts, even if the parts you are looking for is not listed in our database.

2. How do I send RFQ to you?

Our Request Quote Process is very simple that you just need to list your connection and the items you requires and then Click “GO” button to send your RFQ.

Search for a part using the Search Box. Enter the part numer you are looking for, click “SEARCH” button, then you will see search results in our database,

If parts are found,

1)，Please Click the “Creat RFQ” button to get the parts datasheet, prices of all the particular details in our database.

If parts are not found,

2)，Please kindly click the "Quotation Requirements" button and enter the contact& part information and then click the “GO” button.

After submitting the Requote Quote Form, your RFQ is delivered directly to a sales representative who will determine product availability and pricing quickly and efficienty.. You will quickly receive an email with detailed pricing and delivery information.

4. What is your office hours?

Our office hours is Monday. Through Saturday. AM9:00---PM11:00 Sat. AM10:00---12:00 ( China Standard Time ).

5. What is the warranty on the parts you sell?

Crown Will supply all the customers 90 days reliable quality assurance and professional service. All our parts come with our Quality Control Certificate of Conformance that guarantees the parts will meet all of the manufactures specifications datasheets. If the parts you receive don’t meet the datasheet specs of the manufacturer we will replace the parts or refund your money. Our policy is: if the parts are rejected on incoming inspection for non-functional reasons you need to contact us within 5 business days to request an RMA. If you have any failures or problems with the parts during production, installation or testing, please fill out and RMA Request Form online or fax it to us (86 0754 8447 8006) or send email to us (support@icboom.com) .We guarantees the quality for 90 days since the parts were shipped. The customer will be full responsible for all consequences and expenses exceeding the time limit.We doesn’t be responsible for the any consequence and result caused by natural environment or contrived damage, such as wrong operation.

6. What is your price matching policy?

7. What qunlity warranty services I get after I order?

Our Quality Control team carefully inspects the parts data and fuctions in every comes and outs of our warehouse, Especially in every shipment before we send to customers. All in order to avoid any fake parts to customers and our warehouse.

8. How long does the quotation avail period expire?

The quote you receive from us is available for 48 hours, as our stock changes frequently, most cases if you come back in 3-10 days and the parts that we quoted you are still available we can maintain our quotations. In other cases you might come back to order the parts and the lot of parts we have been sold. We advise you to let your sales associate know when you plan on buying the parts and we can look at putting a hold on them until you are able to issue a hard copy purchase order.

9. Can I do Net terms with Crown Will?

Yes we can do NET term with customers who have successful payment history with us.
